We want you to feel fabulous in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop It Off
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
